Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

• Performance-related pay, regular working hours (Sunday & Monday rest day in the restaurant)
• 5-day week; 5 to 6 weeks vacation, including 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year’s Eve

• Good bus connections to Friedrichshafen

 

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the restaurant and conference service departments
• Supervision of own service stations and responsibility for correct billing
• Ensuring smooth business processes
• Checking stock levels and carrying out orders independently
• Independent design of table decorations and flower arrangements
• Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards

 

For this responsible position you must have

• Completed training in gastronomy or many years of experience in à la carte service
• Enthusiasm for perfect interaction with our guests
• Creativity and flexibility
• You impress with your sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, polite manners, reliability and helpfulness
• You are proficient in English and have a well-groomed appearance
