Front Office (m/f/d) with focus on online marketing

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for all front and back office tasks
• In-house sales, as well as the coordination of conferences and banquets
• Ensuring and improving ongoing business processes
• Design of pricing strategies
• Ensuring correct positioning of rates in each segment
• Market and competitor monitoring and trend analysis
• Responsibility of channel management
• Maximizing logistics sales and market share
• Continuous reporting to the management

For this responsible position you must have

• Completed training in the hotel industry or a degree in hotel management or business administration
• Very good knowledge of the “Protel” reservation program
• Enthusiasm for perfect interaction with our guests
• Confidence in using revenue management tools
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Leadership qualities, organizational talent and cross-divisional expertise
• Initiative, analytical and strategic thinking, results-oriented way of working
