Your tasks:

• Day-to-day business (check-in/check-out, reservation discussions, etc.)
• Ensuring and improving business processes in the department
• Observation of the market and competitors
• Maintenance of the Channel Manager
• Contribution to maximizing logistics sales and market share
• Taking on independent projects
• Continuous reporting to the management
• Guest acquisition and care
• Independent cash management
• Preparation of weekly department meetings
• Text and image preparation for the company website

For this responsible position you must have

• Completed training in the hotel industry or a degree in hotel management or business administration
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a receptionist
• Enthusiasm for perfect interaction with our guests
• Confidence in using revenue management tools
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Leadership qualities, organizational talent and cross-divisional expertise
• Initiative, analytical and strategic thinking, results-oriented way of working
• You will impress with your cheerful nature, confident demeanor, sense of responsibility, discretion in the workplace, trustworthiness, polite manner, and a good sense of humor.
